About xPoll

xPoll is dedicated to the memory of its creator: Matthew Paul Hudick (1976-2012). Rest in peace, my friend.

xPoll is derived from "The Football Poll" which was previously maintained by hand by Matthew Hudick. In 2009, Dave Schwab embarked on a project to make his friend's life easier and xPoll was born.

Originally coded in Perl, xPoll has been updated a few times and continues to evolve with the support of a modest audience of participants.
